All reservations will be confirmed by post or email. Until this occurs no booking has been made

We will send you by post, 2 copies of the contract and prebook  the accommodation for 10 days maximum.

1. Return to us 1 copy signed

2. A deposit of 25% of the total amount payable is required to confirm booking. The balance is payable in Euros upon arrival

3. Your reservation will be effective when we have received these 2 items.

If you live outside the EEC, there will be a surcharge which you will have to pay for bank and PayPal money transfers.(PayPal surcharge: 3,4% + 0,25 ct.)

Prices are for 1 week and for 2 persons ( 7 nights) beginning on a saturday 4 PM  and ending on a saturday 10 AM

A few important details

The changeover day is Saturday, but depending on the season, it can be very flexible.

We do try to make arrangements for guests arrival and departure times outside our normal hours, please request when booking.

 All electricity used is charged. Meter reading.

The visitor’s tax which applies to your stay in Alsace, France is included in the rental price.

We will ask you to pay any extra fees concerning money transfers upon your arrival in our self-catering cottage.

Upon departure, the house must be left in the same state of cleanliness as you found it, an inventory will be made upon arrival and departure.

ADMISSIONS & EVICTIONS:
Persons causing unreasonable damage or annoyance may be asked to leave. The proprietors reserve the right to refuse admission for

any just reason and refund of monies paid will depend on the cost of any damage done, and any other loss to the proprietors.
